May is a beautiful month to have your wedding ceremony. The gazebo is surrounded with the first blush of spring and daffodils reach their bright yellow blooms up to the sun. Ashley & Robert picked a perfect time to have their outdoor ceremony, the sun is not yet strong, the weather is mild and comfortable. The scent of spring blooms is in the air.
Spring brings blooming Magnolia and Dogwood trees to add color landscape and sweet scents to the air. Ashley & Robert share a romantic kiss with the lovely pink backdrop of the Dogwood trees. Ashley had their wedding on the books about 18 months ahead of time, she also took advantage of renting the day before to ensure their setup and decorations were exactly the way she had envisioned them to be.
Ashley & Robert’s first dance was captured under the elegant Victorian chandelier in our stunning Conservatory. The day was a little bit cloudy which allowed just the right amount of sunlight to shine through the custom windows and highlight the bride and groom. The greenery and soft hue of the tiles lent a distinct romantic air to the whole scene.
The party was in high gear with dancing in our grand foyer when this photo was captured by PictureThis of CT. Mike Tomassi and his team of photographers really know how to capture the essence of any event. Our grand foyer is the perfect location for dancing, easily accessed by all the rooms as well as affording an out of the way location for your D.J. or three piece band to set up.
