The floor plans below are here to assist you in creating your seating chart so that you will know how many guests/tables each room can accommodate. These guidelines are not a suggestion, they are mandated by the City of Danbury Fire Department and adhere to a strict building/fire code. Please take the maximum occupancy seriously, these numbers are not negotiable.

Listed below are some variations of table sizes for each room;

Keep in mind it is not only the number of guests per room that matters it is the number and size of the tables as well. There is no guest seating allowed in the foyer due to fire egress.

Conservatory; total occupancy 13 – conservatory door must not be blocked

  • 2 – 48″ round tables seating 6 guests each
  • 1 – 72″ round tables seating 10 – 11 guests
  • 2 – 6′ rectangles end to end seating 3 on each side of 1 table plus 1 at the head
  • 2 – 6′ rectangles in a t-formation seating 12

Formal Drawing Room; total occupancy 30

  • 2 – 48″ round tables each seating up to 7, 2 – 60″ round tables each seating 8
  • 1 – 72″ round table seating 10, 2 – 48″ round tables seating 6, 1 – 60″ round seating 8
  • 2 – 6′ rectangle end to end seating 14, 2 – 60″ round tables each seating 8 (please note; the 2 60″ rounds side by side are a tight fit)

Library; total occupancy 28

  • 2 – 48″ round tables each seating 6 guests, 2 – 60″ round tables each seating 8 guests
  • 1 – 72″ round table seating 10 guests, 1 – 60″ round table seating 8 guests, 2 – 48″ round tables each seating 6
  • 1 – 48″ round tables seating 6, 3 – 60″ round tables seating 8 each (please note; the 2 60″ rounds side by side are a tight fit)
  • Bar set up – 2 – 6′ rectangle tables plus 1 table for guest seating; choose 1 – 48″ round, 60″ round, or 72″ round

Living Room; total occupancy 22 – french doors must not be blocked

  • 2 – 72″ round tables seating 10 – 11 each
  • 3 – 48″ round tables seating 6 – 7 each
  • 2 – 60″ round tables seating 8 – 9 each
  • 3 – 6′ rectangle tables end to end seating a total of 22

Dining Room; total occupancy 28

  • 2 – 48″ round tables each seating 6 guests, 2 – 60″ round tables each seating 8 guests
  • 1 – 72″ round table seating 10 guests, 1 – 60″ round table seating 8 guests, 2 – 48″ round tables each seating 6
  • 1 – 48″ round tables seating 6, 3 – 60″ round tables seating 8 each (please note; the 2 60″ rounds side by side are a tight fit)
  • Buffet with guest seating – 2 – 6′ rectangle tables (buffet), plus 2 – 48″ round tables seating 6 – 7 each, or 2 – 60″ round tables seating 8 – 9 each

Veranda; total occupancy 50 – there is no guest seating allowed at the entrance to the veranda or past the chained off section near the french doors, the french doors must not be blocked.

  • 4 – 60″ round tables seating 8 each, 3 – 48″ round tables seating 6 each
  • 2 – 72″ round tables seating 10 each, 3 – 60″ rounds seating 8 each, 2 – 48″ rounds seating 6 each
