Mansion Rentals

Thank you for your interest in Tarrywile Mansion. You will find that its warmth and charm with the added touch of romance, is what sets us apart from other venues. Maximum Capacity:

  • Up to 120 for inside sit-down or buffet
  • Up to 150 for inside standing cocktail reception or outside tented reception (tent not provided)

Included in your rental:

  • Tables and chairs to seat 120, for inside use only
  • Access to the entire first floor, veranda, upstairs bride and groom rooms and the surrounding grounds which consist of the grape arbor and gazebo

Not included in your rental:

  • Linens, dinnerware or glassware
  • Caterer - must be selected from our preferred caterer's list
  • Set up/break down and clean up - are the user/caterer's responsibility and are considered part of your rental time
  • Liability insurance - we do not provide liability insurance for serving alcohol
  • Online insurance resource: The Event Helper

Saturday Rental:

  • Peak Season - (May 1 thru November 14), $2,200 for a minimum 9 hour rental
  • Off Season  - (November 15 thru April 30), $1,500 for a minimum 9 hour rental
  • Hourly rental - $1,100 for a 6 hour rental, only allowed if booked no more than 90 days in advance (see hourly fees below for details)
  • Additional hours not to exceed 12:00 am $250.00 per hour*
  • Parking supervisor: $75

Hourly Rental Fee using in Network Caterer:

  • Friday and Sunday - $1,100 for a minimum 6 hour rental
  • Security deposit - $500, refundable
  • Any additional time past the contracted 6 hours defaults to the 9 hour rental time and fee
  • Parking supervisor: $75

Hourly Rental Fees for out of Network Caterer or User Provided:

  • Friday and Sunday - $1,100 for 6 hours
  • Set - up/ break - down: $80 mandatory fee
  • Security deposit - $750 refundable
  • Any additional time past the contracted 6 hours defaults to the 9 hour rental time and fee
  • Parking supervisor - $75

Weekday Rentals (Monday thru Thursday 7 am - 11 pm):

  • Hourly rate: $75 an hour,general public, minimum 4 hours rental time
  • Non-Profit, Service Clubs, City Agencies (minimum 4 hours) - $50.00 per hour*
  • Conference Room/Lounge (non-profit use, minimum 2 hrs, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm) - $30.00 per hour*
  • Security deposit: $150 refundable


  • Failure by user to properly clean after an event - $300.00 per hour*
  • Active Military personnel is given a discount of 5%

Ask about our 2 and 3 day rental packages which are designed to make planning your rehearsal dinner, wedding day and Sunday brunch seamless. It's a great way to host your out of town guests who will be visiting for more than your wedding day.
