The Valentine season made an appearance at Tarrywile Mansion this past weekend in the form of the romantic wedding ceremony of Erin and Brian. This lovely young couple planned to have a very intimate wedding celebration with approximately 40 of their closest friends and family. Erin was looking for a beautiful location to hold the just the wedding ceremony and thought of Tarrywile Mansion.
Erin reached out to me at the beginning of January to see if we had her date available and would allow just a few hours of rental time for her and Brian to get married,then they were all going to a local restaurant in New Fairfield for the wedding reception. The plan was to have enough time for the ceremony only, however, when she saw our bride’s room the plans changed. Erin envisioned getting ready in our lovely brides suite and having their wedding photographer Anthony Tomassi capture these moments to add to their wedding experience.
Since their date was a little more than a month away and still available Erin was able to rent Tarrywile Mansion for three hours, enough time to get ready, take some photographs, hold the ceremony, clean up and get to the restaurant for the wedding celebration.
