October Wedding Referral

The request for an October wedding date and subsequent venue tour for Amanda and Justin came through our Knot Storefront in February. The couple was looking to have their wedding on October 12th of 2019 with a guest list numbering around 100. They came in on a weekend where I arranged access to the Mansion with my event staff Zach at the time. The feedback was that they loved the venue but still had a few more to visit before making the decision. As you can imagine they chose Tarrywile Mansion and the planning process began.

Conservatory Ceremony

Right from the beginning the couple planned on having their wedding ceremony in our glass conservatory. Their wedding planner was Amanda’s mom, Linda, who was on the right on the ball working out all the large and small details. She even managed all the last minute changes and plans while on a motorcycle trip through several states. I was impressed and I’m sure Amanda was happy to have some of the pre wedding stress taken away.

An October Wedding at Tarrywile

Autumn at Tarrywile Park and Mansion is always awash in beautiful colors. This year the outdoor wedding photos that their photographer took really captures the essence of Tarrywile in the fall. It’s one of the many reasons couples choose us year after year as the venue for their wedding day.

Amanda and Justin decided to have their head table in the conservatory accompanied by their wedding party. After the wedding ceremony the crew changed out the ceremony seating and quickly set up the head table while the guests were on the veranda and the wedding photos were being taken on the grounds. Cocktail hour was out on the covered veranda as was the location of the bar. Dancing took place in the grand foyer with guest seated through out the conservatory, drawing room, library and living room.
