Murder at the Mansion: A Night of Mystery, Laughter, and Community

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our very first Murder Mystery Fundraiser at Tarrywile Park and Mansion on Saturday, February 21st. The historic mansion was transformed into the perfect setting for an evening of intrigue, laughter, and Roaring ’20s flair.

Guests stepped back in time as they arrived dressed in flapper dresses, pinstripe suits, and other vintage-inspired attire, ready to put their detective skills to the test. Throughout the night, participants became part of the story—interrogating suspects, uncovering clues, and working together to solve the mystery.

The evening was filled with dramatic revelations, suspicious glances, and plenty of laughs as the mystery unfolded inside the beautiful Tarrywile Mansion. Alongside the interactive show, guests enjoyed drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and the excitement of our fundraising activities, all in support of the ongoing care and programming of Tarrywile Park and Mansion, a beloved community destination in Danbury.

From hilarious improvisation to surprising plot twists, it was a night we won’t soon forget.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who attended, supported the fundraiser, and helped make the evening such a success. With such an enthusiastic response, we’re already thinking about the future… and this might just become an annual tradition.
