A Tarrywile Neighbors’ Reception
Jenn & Peter held their wedding ceremony at their local church on a cloudy Saturday at the end of May 2017. The day might have started as overcast but the love shining through this beautiful couple as well as the love and blessings coming from their family and friends turned the gray clouds golden.

Tent Reception in Danbury
Proceeding the wedding ceremony the couple planned a lovely outdoor tent reception at Tarrywile Mansion on the gazebo lawn. It was the perfect location for the larger size tent and dance floor that the couple required. The tent also accommodated a larger stage for their 7-piece band; The Silver Arrow Band.

The couple decided to use our quaint gazebo for easy listening music during cocktail hour which was held in the adjoining apple orchard. The landscaping surrounding the gazebo was lush with vibrant greens, purples, violet, and pink blooms. May is the best time for an outdoor celebration if you are counting on bursts of color and flowering plants.
Dogs are always welcome to participate in your special day because we know that they are truly a part of your family. All we ask is that they are leashed at all times, not in the Mansion when food is being served, and that you pick up after them.
